Eddie Armstrong, CEO and Chairman

With more than two decades of experience working with government, both from the inside and the outside, Eddie has a strong track record of success as a lobbyist for clients across multiple industries.

Eddie’s expertise as a communicator makes him a forceful advocate for clients and for the industry. The former minority leader of the Arkansas House of Representatives, Eddie understands how to work with governments at all levels to get things done for clients. Eddie frequently serves as a contract lobbyist focused principally on strategic business development and government affairs. His broad skillset and deep network of connections allow him to represent a diverse group of clients across the southeastern United States, especially Arkansas.

Prior to his career as a legislator, Eddie served as Special Assistant to North Little Rock, Arkansas, Mayor Patrick Henry Hayes, providing a visible link between elected officials and the public. Acting as a liaison between constituents, city departments, and committees, he was responsible for a series of research and special projects carried out on behalf of the city government and was on several occasions granted the authority to act on the mayor’s behalf. 

Eddie has also enjoyed success in the private sector. As the manager for state and government affairs at Tyson Food, Eddie was responsible for monitoring all state legislative and regulatory matters in 18 states, affecting all areas of the Fortune 500 Company’s business, and lobbied actively on the company’s at both state and national levels. While at Tyson, he also developed and executed a number of regional outreach programs, raising awareness about the issue of hunger and promoting local food bank initiatives.  Eddie has cultivated extensive links within the medical and clinical science communities, having served as a business development officer of Pathology Partners Laboratory and as growth development strategy principal of Phoenix Labs.
